What are the print and original sizes?
All original and print sizes are listed in inches.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Lilbirdz is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
How long does processing take?
Art prints are printed on demand and take up to 7–9 days to be printed and shipped. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped. Originals are shipped within 1 week, or as detailed on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4–5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.
How do you handle privacy?
Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed through software that complies with PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lilbirdzstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’re happy to assist you.
My tracking says delivered but the package never arrived.
If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
