Shipping
Print Club orders are shipped with stamps to keep your membership affordable, and do not include tracking information.
Print Club orders ship towards the end of each month (typically the 22nd – 26th). Allow up to 7 business days after your fulfillment confirmation for US orders to arrive, and up to 21 business days for International.
Sign-up Cutoff
The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 20th. If you sign up after the 20th of the month, you will receive the next month's print as your first. (For example: if you sign up August 21st, your first order will ship in the last week of September.)
When you join at the beginning of a sign-up period (21st – 26th), there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print. Rest assured every transaction corresponds to a unique print.

Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your Shopify account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds.
Replacements
Damaged or lost prints are replaced free of charge — just email us at lilbirdzstudio@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. Because prints are limited editions, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
